There are many different buildings in the Square One area and your needs will depend on the size of the unit and age of the building that is most suitable for you. We will advise you on the most desirable buildings in the area.

Yes, we offer to complete the entire process for finding the right tenant for your unit. The process consists of employment checks, credit and reference verifications. We are well informed of all the current landlord and tenant rules and regulations.

There are many benefits of owning a unit in this area. It’s an up and coming location with everything within walking distance. Square One Go Station, LRT, Square One Mall, and Sheridan College to name a few. Mississauga is also home to many companies and the convenience of a short commute within the GTA is very attractive to tenants and buyers.

There are advantages and disadvantages for both of these choices. Older buildings mainly offer larger square footage, stable maintenance fee history and lower number of units for rent. Disadvantages would include higher maintenance fees, out-dated amenities and lack of balconies in some buildings.
